My name is Diana. I reside with my family in Central Alberta and am the founder of Lighthouse Restorative Consulting. I am an Internationally Qualified Mediator, Conflict Resolution Practitioner and Professional Legal Assistant who walks alongside people during some of their most difficult and vulnerable conversations. For over a decade, I have supported individuals, families, teams, and organizations as they navigate high-conflict situations, strained working relationships, and moments of disconnection. I believe conflict is not a failure, but rather an opportunity. With the right structure it can lead to accountability, realistic resolution's, and restored relationships.

My work is rooted in Integrity, Respect and Collaboration. I create spaces where people can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with their own voice and capacity for change. When relationships feel heavy, stuck, or fractured, I help guide conversations back toward understanding, shared responsibility, and practical forward movement—without blame or judgment. Guided by a deep belief in people’s capacity to learn, repair, and grow, I follow my purpose of helping people help themselves, offering steady guidance and restorative processes that support healthy, sustainable working relationships.

I provide short term, legal procedural support to individuals and organizations who need clarity and structure while navigating formal processes. This includes assistance with understanding procedural steps, preparing and organizing basic documentation, and supporting clear, respectful communication throughout the process. My role is not to provide legal advice, but to help reduce confusion, overwhelm, and unnecessary conflict that can arise when legal procedures feel unfamiliar or complex. Grounded in a restorative and trauma-informed approach, I support clients in staying oriented, informed, and empowered.

Social Services Document Support provides compassionate, practical assistance with understanding, completing, and organizing documents required by social service and government programs. Support includes help with applications such as AISH, Income Support, Disability Tax Credit forms (T2201), and other related benefit, accommodation, and support service applications. Services are delivered in a calm, client-centered and trauma-informed manner, helping individuals navigate complex systems with clarity, confidence, and reduced stress. I am happy to provide referrals for other services such as Mental Health related needs, Community Legal Clinic, Food Bank, and employment related agencies.

At Lighthouse Restorative Consulting, integrity is a fundamental value. I ensure that my actions align with my words, fostering trust and respect among all parties involved in the consulting process.

Respect is essential in my approach to conflict resolution. I treat everyone with dignity, ensuring that every voice is valued and considered in the decision-making process.

Collaboration is key to effective conflict resolution. I work collaboratively with clients, facilitating discussions that encourage teamwork and mutual understanding.
I meet people where they are at, offering realistic guidance that respects lived experiences, while honoring the complexities and uniqueness of each situation.
I look beyond immediate points of conflict to understand the full context, underlying issues, relationships, and practical realities involved. By considering people, systems, and circumstances together, I am able to help resolve root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.
I centre my work around each client's unique circumstances. There is no "one size fits all". All services are delivered within a 100% confidential and secure framework, allowing clients to engage openly, safely, and with trust.
I recognize that conflict often occurs alongside stress, loss, and past experiences. My trauma-informed approach prioritizes safety, respect, and choice, allowing people to engage in processes that minimize harm and support thoughtful, informed participation.
As much as I love seeing you all in person, I understand the importance of accessibility and time management! I offer virtual appointments via Google Meet and ZOOM. For workplace/organization mediation and conflict resolution appointments, I am happy to provide in-person options.
